Pet Relocation to Finland


Pet Relocation; All cats and dogs entering Finland from a EU member state must first be micro-chipped and then vaccinated against rabies at least 21 days, but not more than 12 months, prior to entering the counrty. Pets must also be accompanied by a “Pet Passport” or a export health certificate signed, stamped and dated within 4 days by a licensed government veterinarian in country of origin.
Dogs must also be treated against tapeworm although if entering directly from Norway, Sweden or the United Kingdom this would not be required.
