Pet Relocation to Mexico


Bringing Pets to Mexico; Owners wishing to enter Mexico with their dogs or cats must obtain beforehand the following documents:
1. A Export Health Certificate issued by a licensed government state veterinarian from country of origin, signed, stamped and dated within 48 hours of pet’s export.
2. Proof of vaccines against rabies and distemper, administered at least 15 days, but not more than 6 months, before the arrival of the pet in Mexico.
3. Pet Passports are accepted from certain countries.
