Pet Relocation to Seychelles


All pets entering Seychelles require an Import Permit issued by the Veterinary Services or the Seychelles. Pets must be accompanied by a rabies vaccination certificate showing that the pet had been vaccinated at least 30 days, but not more than 6 months, prior to entering the Seychelles. Pets must also be accompanied by an export health certificate signed, stamped and dated within 4 days by a licensed government veterinarian in country of origin. Pets will be obliged to undergo a quarantine period of two weeks to six months, depending on the country of origin. Seychelles does not accept pets for a period less than six months and bringing bird species of any kind into Seychelles is prohibited. These are guidelines only.
